Role Description

The Call Summary Records Assistant enters the confirmed outcome, open questions, and next owner into the online case system after a customer call. This remote position is focused on office administration serving customer service.

• Do not invent what the customer said, make decisions on their behalf, or edit recordings.
• Listen to the source of the note and ensure clarity in requests.
• Match each call to the correct account and date before adding notes.
• Follow the company's redaction and privacy instructions for sensitive details.
• Separate customer requests from internal suggestions and flag unclear information.
• Protect private details in notes and attachments.
• Record callbacks, questions, and completed actions separately for clarity.
• Maintain accuracy over neatness in call resolutions.

Qualifications

• No call-centre background is necessary.
• Customer service or office administration experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable reading carefully and summarizing without embellishment.
• Able to ask clarifying questions when call outcomes are unclear.

Requirements

• Ability to create a reliable continuation point from call summaries.
• Proficiency in following employer's note style and case system.
• Attention to detail in preserving source links and identifying actions.
