The Signature Return Assistant maintains the administrative trail for documents that require signatures. This remote role does not explain legal terms, witness signatures, or decide whether a signed document is enforceable. It ensures the correct version is visible to the qualified reviewer.

A private home office or similarly suitable setting supports confidential files. The hiring company will confirm its tools and schedule.

• Review assigned standard documents awaiting signature.
• Confirm recipient and version before sending through the approved system.
• Track sent, pending, returned, and review-needed statuses.
• Send permitted reminders or link instructions.
• Match a returned file to the correct online record.
• Flag an expired link, missing page, or wrong recipient.
• Route document-content questions to authorized staff.
• Keep private files within the designated system.

No legal or contract background is required. Earlier practice with written support or recordkeeping can help, and the employer will teach its document flow. You should be comfortable with online forms, dates, and careful recipient checks.

• A recipient may sign the wrong version after a revision was issued.
• Record what arrived and alert the owner to decide the next step.
