Role Description

The Item Availability Response Assistant reads online customer inquiries, checks the source the company provides, and writes a clear reply about what is confirmed. This is a remote customer service and office administration role. You will not reserve stock or promise a delivery date unless that action is explicitly assigned.

A home office or similarly suitable workspace supports accurate online replies. The hiring company will confirm its actual coverage hours and systems.

• Read the specific item.
• Find the exact item identifier before replying.
• Follow the employer's guidance for uncertain or changing counts.
• Use the order workflow for customers who have already placed an order.
• Send concise responses that distinguish confirmed from estimated information.
• Record the item checked and the information shared.
• Flag mismatches between public listings and internal sources.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office administration, retail, or order support is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable with browser-based records and careful reading.

Requirements

• Check the relevant variant again before sending an availability message.
• Ask for the size, colour, or item code needed to make a reliable check.
• Flag discrepancies between public pages and approved stock systems.

Benefits

• Pay: $24.50–$26.00 per hour.
