Role Description

We're hiring Remote Booking Specialists to help clients research options, organize reservation details, and keep plans moving smoothly from inquiry through confirmation. This role combines client communication, research, organization, and booking support. You'll work with different requests throughout the day, so being dependable, responsive, and comfortable managing details is important. No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Your Day-to-Day responsibilities may include:

• Learning what a client needs before researching options
• Reviewing availability and comparing suitable choices
• Assisting with booking and confirmation details
• Organizing dates, schedules, and client preferences
• Keeping clients updated as requests move forward
• Handling routine changes or adjustments
• Tracking outstanding details and follow-up
• Keeping client information accurate and organized

Depending on the request, you may also work with accommodations, transportation, activities, or other planning details.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Pay close attention to details
• Follow through on tasks without constant reminders
• Are comfortable researching information online
• Can manage more than one client request at a time
• Work well independently
• Are comfortable using email and web-based systems
• Are willing to learn new platforms and processes
• Customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administrative, or client-facing experience can be helpful, but it is not required.
