Role Description

Join the travel assistance and insurance services sector for our client through a permanent remote work opportunity. In this role, you will support travelers, coordinate required services, and provide information about insurance coverage while delivering a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, telecommunications, or claims assistance.
• Bilingual in English and French to assist clients in both languages.
• A third language will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet use.

Requirements

• Hourly salary of $23.88.
• Permanent, full-time position.
• Rotating schedule of 32-40 hours per week, based on operational needs.
• Availability required from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, Sunday through Saturday, including statutory holidays.
• Hours of operation may change based on operational needs.
