Role Description

We're looking for organized, service-focused individuals to support client communication, travel planning details, scheduling, and follow-up in a remote environment. As a Remote Client Experience Coordinator, you'll help clients stay informed and supported while assisting with reservations, itinerary details, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other trip-related needs. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients about preferences, questions, and requests
• Gather travel dates and important planning details
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate schedules and itinerary information
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help organize accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Adaptability when plans change
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
