Role Description

We're looking for dependable, service-focused individuals to support clients with leisure planning, reservations, scheduling, and general coordination in a remote environment. As a Remote Client Leisure Coordinator, you'll help keep communication clear, organize important planning details, and assist clients as their travel and leisure plans come together. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients about preferences and requests
• Assist with scheduling, reservations, and confirmations
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Research accommodations, activities, and transportation options
• Help organize itinerary and planning details
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with changes or special requests when needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
