Role Description

We're looking for organized, service-focused individuals to help clients with reservation requests, travel research, confirmations, and planning support. As a Customer Reservation Consultant, you'll help clients compare options, organize booking details, and stay informed throughout the reservation process. Depending on the request, you may assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, scheduling, or itinerary-related arrangements. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Confidence using email and online systems
• Comfort working independently
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, sales support, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
