Role Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are critical thinkers, committed to helping our members on a daily basis, and enthusiastic about acting as our company's first point of contact.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely by phone and email.

• Relevant training, education, or work experience in customer service or health.
• Fully bilingual (French/English) is required.

Requirements

• Excellent technical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to switch between software without difficulty while assisting callers.
• Expert in problem-solving and understanding the needs of members.
• Ability to answer both difficult and easy calls.
• English proficiency is required for collaboration with teams outside Québec.
