[Hiring] Consumer Relations Associate @Silver Hills Bakery

Role Description

We are looking for a Temporary Consumer Relations Associate to support our Marketing team on an hourly, remote basis. Our Consumer Relations Associate will help us respond to a high volume of consumer emails and calls across our brands, including our sister company One Degree Organic Foods.

This is a short-term role focused on helping our Consumer Relations team work through an increase in consumer inquiries. You will:

• Respond to consumer questions and complaints with care
• Log cases accurately
• Escalate sensitive issues to the team

Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• You are patient, friendly and professional, including with consumers who are upset or frustrated
• You write clear, warm and error-free emails
• You are organized, reliable and comfortable working independently from home
• You have some customer service experience (call centre, retail and hospitality all count)
• You are comfortable with MS Office, and experience with Zen Desk or IssueTrak is an asset

Requirements

• Respond to consumer emails and calls in a prompt and courteous manner, following our response guidelines
• Log all consumer contacts accurately in Zen Desk and IssueTrak
• Resolve routine issues (e.g., replacements, coupons) within established guidelines
• Escalate sensitive, complex or quality-related issues to QA, Compliance, Operations, R&D, Marketing and Consumer Relations
• Stay up to date on product knowledge for the brands you support
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
