Role Description

As an Associate Implementation Specialist, you will be the hands-on partner who helps our clients get up and running and see value from day one. This is a role focused on the front line:

• Train and build partnerships with the staff, managers, and end users that work for our clients.
• Call customers daily, run trainings, gather product feedback, and support launches.
• Help shape the processes and playbooks that let us scale.

What You'll Do

• Onboard & Train Partners
  • Onboard and train the staff, managers, and end users at franchise and multi-location partners.
  • Support the success of the product experience in creative ways.
  • Partner with the launch team to get new accounts and locations live smoothly and quickly.
• Build Relationships on the Front Line
  • Effectively build relationships with several members of a client's team.
  • Connect with paying customers by phone and email every day.
  • Learn each partner's hiring needs to best support them.
• Support & Product Feedback
  • Work with customers to answer questions and offer support and training.
  • Collect product feedback from customers and organize and relay it to the Product team.
  • Forward and escalate inquiries to the right people and departments.
• Learn & Contribute to a Scaling Team
  • Contribute to the processes, reporting, and engagement plans for the Customer Success team.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple accounts and overlapping deadlines.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, support, account management, sales, or a client-facing role.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts and overlapping deadlines.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
• Sales-minded, able to spot opportunities to help customers get more value.
• Real hourly workforce experience (food service, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar) is a nice-to-have.
• Comfortable in a startup environment.
• Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and genuine passion for helping our partners succeed.
