Role Description

Our client is urgently seeking Help Desk professionals to support its global helpdesk operations. In this role, you will handle high-volume service requests while maintaining service quality and SLA adherence in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incident tickets and user support requests
• Ensure SLA adherence and consistent service quality
• Manage high-volume service request environments
• Provide technical troubleshooting and resolutions
• Escalate issues appropriately when required

Qualifications

• Helpdesk and technical support experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ticketing system and SLA management
• Basic proficiency with ServiceNow
• Spanish language proficiency (required)

Requirements

• Portuguese language skills (desired)

Location & Work Model

• Fully remote. Candidates must be based in or able to work from Mexico.

Engagement Details

• Short-term contract engagement of 2-3 months with an immediate start.
