Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Risk Manager. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Colorado (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks for an organization.
• The Risk Manager evaluates the litigation potential of incidents and adverse outcomes within CNE Medical Group.
• Participates in the development of corrective action plans to mitigate present and future risk.
• Oversee reporting to regulatory bodies as required.
• Assist in the oversight of Joint Commission preparedness, lead investigations on all potential HIPAA violations, oversee OCR annual reporting, audits, and management of all privacy rounds and data.
• Participate in system-wide policy development and implementation as concerns CNEMG with respect to privacy and all risk-related policies and issues.
