[Hiring] Communications & Content Manager @Addison Group

Role Description

My client is seeking a candidate to manage internal and external communications across their organization and its portfolio of acquired businesses. This person will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice, ensuring editorial quality, and coordinating communications across multiple stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that requires strong writing and editorial skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Corporate Communications & PR
• Experience across both internal and external communications
• Marketing Content & Brand Management
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
• Expertise in LinkedIn corporate and executive account management (editorial planning, posting, governance)

Requirements

• Draft and coordinate press releases for acquisitions and other corporate announcements.
• Coordinate with external PR partners to distribute press releases through Business Wire and other media channels.
• Must have strong writing, editing, and editorial experience, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Manage written communications across the organization, including acquisition announcements, company-wide emails, and internal updates.
• Manage website content and written marketing materials for acquired businesses that do not have dedicated marketing support.
• Develop and refine content to ensure messaging aligns with client's brand voice, tone, and editorial standards.
