[Hiring] Senior Partnership Manager @Airbnb

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Distribution Partnerships team, reporting to the Director, Distribution Partnerships.

• Manage a portfolio of live distribution partners across various verticals, such as financial services, airlines, loyalty programs, and business travel platforms.
• Support new partner deals and renewals as you grow into the role.
• Contribute to the distribution strategy, help define target segments and partners, and support negotiations and deal structuring.
• Carry each deal through launch and into long-term growth, establishing measurement, forecasting, and feedback loops.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering on partner needs and product development.
• Engage in project management and operations, often in undefined processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, partner management, or distribution.
• Experience managing a portfolio of live strategic partners and growing their performance over time.
• Ability to spot at-risk partnerships early and build trusted, long-term relationships.
• Experience managing or building partnership programs from scratch.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience structuring and negotiating deals.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to build ROI models and forecasts.
• Strong product and technical fluency.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and operations.
• Experience with financial services, airlines, loyalty programs, or travel technology is a plus.

Requirements

• Own the day-to-day relationship with partners, running regular reviews and tracking performance against targets.
• Contribute to and execute the BD strategy for partner categories.
• Support the BD process for new partners and renewals.
• Lead each partnership through launch and own ongoing performance.
• Build KPIs, ROI models, and reporting cadence for partners.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define partner requirements and model revenue opportunities.
• Build deep expertise in partner landscapes relevant to categories.
• Capture learnings from early launches to build playbooks and onboarding processes.
• Synthesize partner feedback and market insight for internal stakeholders.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $157,000 — $185,000 USD.
• Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
