[Hiring] Senior Business Development Manager @Heaven Media

Role Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate Heaven Media's growth across Taiwan/Asia technology sector. This is a proactive business development role with direct responsibility for:

• Generating new commercial opportunities
• Building pipeline momentum
• Converting new business across hardware manufacturers, consumer technology brands, AI businesses, semiconductor companies, OEMs and adjacent technology sectors

The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building capability with a genuine hunter mentality, identifying opportunities, opening doors, managing commercial conversations and driving opportunities through to close.

Alongside regional revenue generation, the role will act as Heaven Media's ambassador within Taiwan's technology industry, representing the business at major trade events, building trusted relationships throughout the local ecosystem and increasing awareness of Heaven Media's capabilities across one of the world's leading technology markets.

A key objective of the role will be developing relationships with Taiwanese/Asia headquarters and regional leadership teams that can influence marketing activity globally, creating introductions and opportunities with European and North American headquarters.

This role requires somebody who understands:

• Consultative selling
• Relationship-led business development
• Taiwan/Asia technology ecosystem
• Regional market dynamics
• Long-cycle partnerships
• How global technology organisations operate across multiple territories

You will work closely with leadership, strategy, creative, marketing and account teams to shape opportunities from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven business development, partnerships or agency growth experience
• Existing network within Taiwan's technology sector
• Demonstrable track record of generating new business
• Experience selling strategic services, partnerships or marketing solutions
• Strong commercial negotiation & relationship management capability
• Experience managing complex B2B opportunities
• Confident presenter & communicator with senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the technology industry
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating across international teams
• Languages: Native Mandarin & Fluent English

Requirements

• Agency or integrated marketing experience
• Experience working with hardware manufacturers, AI businesses, semiconductor companies, OEMs or consumer technology brands
• Existing relationships with Taiwanese/Asian headquarters of global organisations
• Experience introducing regional opportunities into Western headquarters
• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience coordinating proposals, pitches and commercial projects
