Role Description

The Senior Associate, Business Relationship - Military Engagement is responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with business stakeholders to drive meaningful results aligned with organizational strategic initiatives. The role serves as a strategic connector among military engagement partners, business functions, technology teams, and leadership, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized initiatives and measurable value.

This position proactively anticipates changes affecting business strategy, including market shifts, regulatory developments, organizational improvements, technology advancements, and evolving partner needs. The role develops deep domain knowledge of partner functions, shapes demand, facilitates cross-functional alignment, and champions adoption of solutions and strategic initiatives.

The Senior Associate fosters a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric culture focused on operational excellence, value realization, and sustained stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant technology, service management, change management, project management, or business relationship management certifications are advantageous.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in business relationship management, corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, or a closely related field.
• Experience in service management practices and processes within a continuous delivery environment.
• Experience managing key clients, strategic partnerships, or investor relations.
• Experience in the same industry, or a closely related industry, demonstrating relevant domain knowledge and professional networks.
• Experience driving adoption projects or programs within a large, matrixed organization.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to engage stakeholders, partners, and business leaders.
• Regularly moves equipment and other hardware up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to present complex information effectively in virtual and in-person settings.
• Ability to work across business hours and time zones to support global stakeholders and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to perform work from a remote location with a stable internet connection, as applicable.

Benefits

• Base salary for this position is: $85,000 - $96,000.
• All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

• This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
