Role Description

Innisfree M&A, Incorporated is accepting resumes for a REMOTE position as a Shareholder Engagement Specialist. We are putting together a crew of talented professionals for a work-from-home project. The position is for project-based employment.

• Full time candidates who could work 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime.
• Pay is $16/hour with the opportunity for advancement based on your ability to learn, work ethic, and job performance.
• Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for hours worked over 40.
• No sales involved.
• Once hired, you will be placing calls to existing stockholders to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer voting services for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings.
• Computer-based training will be provided.
• Experience in Salesforce environment is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Personal Computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM) - MAC/Chromebook/Linux/S mode not supported.
• Strong Internet Connection.
• Technologically proficient.
• Great communication/listening skills/phone presence.
• Ability to handle problems and issues in a tactful manner.
• Attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in finance, investments, or in a call center environment.
• Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks/investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field.
