[Hiring] Salesforce Senior Business Consultant @Peak & Peak GmbH

Role Description

As a Senior Business Consultant, you bridge business strategy and technology, helping clients rethink how they manage field sales, retail execution, and trade promotions. You turn complex business challenges into practical solutions that improve commercial performance and deliver measurable business value.

You'll work closely with international clients, lead workshops, shape business processes, and collaborate with technical teams to bring transformation initiatives to life.

• Drive Business Transformation: Analyze and optimize commercial processes across Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, field sales, and Key Account Management.
• Shape Business Solutions: Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process designs.
• Bridge Business & Technology: Partner with Solution Architects and developers to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
• Enable Change & Adoption: Support clients through training, change management, solution validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Build Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Operations, contributing to proposals and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods / FMCG consulting or commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of field sales, Retail Execution, and Trade Promotion Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing REX and/or TPM solutions, ideally Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to guide discussions and align cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to change.
• Fluent English is required.

Requirements

• Experience with platforms like XTEL, TELUS Consumer Goods, Exceedra, or Vistex.
• Professional working proficiency in German or other European languages.
• Salesforce certifications.
