[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Consultant @Peak & Peak GmbH

Role Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen our Consulting Practice. In your role, you will work in a team of Scrum Master, Consultants, Developers, and QA Engineers and support less experienced consultants in their further development through mentoring.

• Work with Business Analysts, Developers, and SME's (Subject Matter Experts) on customer projects along the entire project cycle (initiation, conception, analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Participate in customer meetings to analyze customer needs and define the requirements for implementing Salesforce projects.
• Create functional and data-based models and structured project plans from available information from other teams using agile working methods.
• Evaluate the feasibility of requirements and assess possible risks.
• Work in an agile team on several projects at the same time.
• Act as a link to the Solutions Practice (developers) and coordinate them in the implementation of the project plan.
• Participate in regular team and customer meetings where project status and next steps are discussed.
• Support juniors in their further development through our mentoring program.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce or CRM environment as a business analyst, consultant, or project manager.
• Experienced in Salesforce technology, ideally Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong connection to digital and analytical topics with a sound understanding of processes.
• Knowledge of software architecture and interface technologies in cloud environments including user acceptance testing management.
• Customer-oriented and independent work ethic with the ability to use individual strengths in a team.

• Ability to work in a varied international environment and communicate fluently in German and English (Nice to Have).
• Experience in one of our focus industries (Nice to Have).
• Agile project methodology expertise (Nice to Have).
