[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Fuku

Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets in the forex and crypto trading markets Nigeria. This role is critical in expanding Vantage’s client base and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction in a highly competitive financial services environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of forex/crypto products, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. They will work closely with Sales Support, Marketing, and Product teams to convert leads into active clients and maintain long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for forex and crypto trading.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, partners, and IBs (Introducing Brokers).
  • Provide product guidance, trading platform demonstrations, and account setup support.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution of client queries.
• Sales Targets & Reporting
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for client acquisition, deposits, and trading volumes.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and client activity to management.
  • Support incentive and commission calculations in collaboration with Sales Support.
• Collaboration & Market Intelligence
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, trading trends, and client preferences.
  • Participate in webinars, seminars, and events to promote Vantage’s offerings.
• Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure client onboarding and account setup comply with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–5 years experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles, preferably in forex, crypto, or financial services.
• Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, or proprietary platforms) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English.
