[Hiring] Partnership Program Manager @VIDIZMO LLC

Role Description

We're looking for a partner-focused marketing professional with 2+ years in channel or partner management, strong English communication skills, and the discipline to keep many partner relationships active at once. You'll onboard new partners, hold regular check-ins, keep partner records current in HubSpot, and pass every partner opportunity to business development the same day, using AI tools to prepare, follow up and stay organized.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new partners so they understand our products, programs and deal registration process.
• Hold regular check-in calls with every partner to track their pipeline, needs and progress.
• Pass every partner deal registration to business development the same working day.
• Spot partners whose activity has dropped and re-engage them before they go quiet.
• Keep partner tiers, health scores and records current in HubSpot, and log every call, email and meeting the same day.
• Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for call prep, call summaries, partner outreach and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 2+ years in channel, partner or alliance management for software.
• Experience with partner onboarding, deal registration and partner tier programs.
• Comfort holding many short partner calls a week while keeping records accurate.
• Experience automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts.
• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot, is a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants).
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

How You're Paid

You are paid a monthly salary and commission. Commission comes from 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, shared by everyone who worked on it. On a partner deal the partner keeps its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, and there is no cap. Small payments come early for steps done properly, before a deal closes.

• Pay mix at target: 80% salary and 20% commission.
• Your share of each deal: 2.5% of the commission on every deal that comes through a partner.
