[Hiring] Independent Business Development Partner @GetBlock

Role Description

GetBlock is looking for experienced independent Business Development and Sales Partners who already have an established network across Web3, fintech, exchanges, wallets, blockchain infrastructure, and related industries. This is not a traditional full-time sales role.

We are looking for partners who can:

• Introduce GetBlock to relevant companies from your existing professional network
• Identify potential opportunities for blockchain infrastructure products
• Connect us with founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, or other relevant decision-makers
• Make warm introductions via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, calls, or your existing communication channels
• Help us understand the prospect’s context and initial infrastructure needs
• Stay involved in the deal where your relationships or expertise can help move it forward

You do not need to manage the entire sales cycle yourself. After a qualified introduction, GetBlock can take over product discussions, technical validation, proposals, negotiations, onboarding, and closing. We will provide clear ICPs, product positioning, use cases, and sales materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or commercial experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto, fintech, or infrastructure
• Active network among exchanges, wallets, payment providers, fintech companies, Web3 applications, infrastructure companies, protocols, or institutional crypto businesses
• Ability to reach relevant decision-makers directly rather than relying exclusively on cold outbound
• Understanding of B2B infrastructure or technical products
• Comfortable working independently and being compensated primarily based on results
• Previously introduced, sold, or partnered around products such as RPC infrastructure, blockchain APIs, cloud infrastructure, nodes, developer tools, payments, custody, exchanges, or related B2B technology
