Role Description

The company is looking for a Deputy CBDO to support the CBDO in managing the strategic and operational execution of the Business Development function. This is not a classic sales role and does not focus on personally attracting new clients. The main responsibility is to ensure alignment and consistent execution, process development, and business performance across three core business lines:

• White Label Platform
• Game Aggregator
• Sportsbook

The Deputy CBDO will monitor team performance, coordinate strategic initiatives, improve internal processes, and ensure alignment between Business Development, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other functions. The specialist will also work with:

• Commercial analytics
• Market and client insights
• CRM development
• Cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Market prioritisation
• Expansion into regulated markets

Qualifications

• Senior experience in B2B Business Development, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations
• Previous experience managing several functional leaders or team heads
• Strong understanding of complex B2B products and long sales cycles
• Ability to coordinate several products, markets, and business directions
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and business performance
• Strong analytical and process management skills
• Experience working with commercial analytics or managing analysts
• Ability to translate strategic goals and ideas into practical execution
• Experience coordinating Business Development with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High level of ownership, independence, and proactivity
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
• Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency is strongly preferred

Requirements

• Previous experience in iGaming is a plus
• Experience working with platforms, game aggregators, sportsbooks, or game providers
• Understanding of regulated and offshore iGaming markets
• Experience supporting entry into new markets
• Experience identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across several products
• Experience with CRM transformation or HubSpot implementation
• Experience building or centralising a commercial analytics function
• Active use of AI and automation in business processes
