Role Description

As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we are seeking a Commercial Manager CEE/CIS to join our International Partner Markets business, focused on driving commercial growth and operational excellence across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and CIS markets. This is a highly visible regional role acting as a trusted partner to the Director, CEE/CIS Regions.

Working across a network of distribution partners, you will lead and coordinate strategic commercial initiatives including:

• Product launches
• Integrations
• Business optimisation projects
• Partner performance management

You will play a key role in translating regional priorities into action, bringing together stakeholders across:

• Commercial
• Supply Chain
• Regulatory
• Medical
• Market Access
• Finance
• Quality
• Legal

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Formal project management qualification or training is advantageous.

Requirements

• Good working experience within the Rx pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working across international or regional pharmaceutical markets in commercial, marketing, launch and/or integration roles.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including market analysis, forecasting and business case development.
• Experience taking ownership of commercial deliverables and driving initiatives through to implementation.
• Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across countries, cultures and functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
