How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) is looking for an experienced business operator to join our team as a CEO Advisor. You'll work directly with small and midsized business owners, helping them develop business plans, improve financial performance, solve operational challenges, and execute strategies for growth.

This isn't about handing over a strategy deck. It's about building relationships, asking the right questions, challenging owners when necessary, and helping turn good decisions into measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with business owners to develop business plans, growth strategies, and actionable priorities.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify operational challenges and help owners implement practical solutions.
• Coach owners through difficult decisions, challenge assumptions, and establish accountability.
• Help businesses build stronger systems, improve execution, and increase long-term business value.

Qualifications

• Proven operating experience as a CEO, President, COO, or comparable senior operating executive, with direct accountability for the company's overall P&L.
• Business growth experience with personally operated and grown businesses with annual revenues ranging from approximately $500K to $30M+.
• Small and midsized business expertise, with the majority of operating and leadership experience in this sector.
• Ability to have practical, candid conversations about business strategy, financial performance, growth plans, and challenges with business owners.
• Financial and strategic acumen, understanding how pricing, margins, cash flow, people, and operations drive profitability.
• Hands-on leadership, prioritizing solutions, executing plans, and ensuring accountability for results.

Requirements

• Location: Remote — Must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA.
• Employment: Full-Time | W-2 Employee.

Benefits

• $110,000 base salary.
• $182,000+ total earnings potential through performance-based compensation.
