[Hiring] Business Development Representative Intern @MedTrainer, Inc.

Role Description

Starting June 7, 2027, you’ll participate in our structured, paid 9-week BDR Academy, gain hands-on prospecting experience, and learn from experienced sales leaders and peers—all while helping healthcare organizations address their compliance needs.

This is a remote internship paying $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university with an anticipated 2028 or 2029 graduation date
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Coachability and openness to feedback
• Resilience, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Availability to start June 7, 2027
• No prior sales or healthcare industry experience is required

Requirements

• We’ll teach cold calling, objection handling, Salesforce, and sales fundamentals
• We welcome students from all colleges and universities and a variety of majors
