[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Braze

Role Description

The Enterprise BDR in the LATAM team is the engine behind Braze's large company growth. You'll partner with Account Executives to identify, engage, and qualify prospects at companies with 5,000+ employees, helping leading B2C brands discover how Braze can transform their customer engagement. This is a high-impact, remote role where you'll blend volume-driven outreach with personalized, consultative prospecting. You'll research strategic accounts, craft relevant messaging, and create opportunities that directly fuel Braze's regional pipeline across LATAM.

• Enterprise Outbound Prospecting: Prospect into Enterprise (5,000+ employees) target accounts across key industries such as retail, media, fintech, and travel.
• Pipeline & Meeting Generation: Generate qualified meetings for the Enterprise AE team through multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video).
• Account Research: Research accounts to identify pain points around customer engagement, cross-channel messaging, and data activation.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives and marketing to develop territory strategies and prioritize high-potential accounts across the region.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate activity, prospecting notes, and pipeline data in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Prospecting & Sales Background: Proven track record in outbound prospecting within sales, business development, or high-activity customer-facing roles. Experience in Enterprise SaaS or complex sales environments is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required to engage prospects and collaborate with global stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Remote Discipline & Autonomy: Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage high-volume outreach, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong performance in a remote environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling, concise outreach and articulate value clearly.
• Coachability & Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and driven to iterate quickly to improve sales techniques.
• Resilience: Comfortable with rejection, persistent, and motivated by ambitious targets and healthy competition.
• Domain & Tool Familiarity: Genuine curiosity in MarTech, SaaS, and customer engagement. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales tech is preferred.
