[Hiring] Sr. Business Development Manager @Athyna

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for our client, a fintech platform focused on delivering smart solutions for SMEs and their agents to increase the ratio of global buyers to local issuances.

• Manage the entire sales process for identified prospects, from initial contact through closure.
• Work closely with Sales Engineers to gather and understand requirements, prepare demos, and stay on top & organize follow-ups.
• Development and support of account planning, understanding client strategy, and coordinating relationships between management and accounts.
• Sell our client’s fintech solutions to clients within the global trading, banking, and private investment community.
• Work closely with Marketing to enhance sales collateral required for the target market.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in similar roles or the Sales industry.
• Advanced or near-native English level.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative spirit, working effectively with the commercial team and sharing information.
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with HubSpot and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
• Proven track record of successfully developing new businesses, with a results-driven mindset.
• SaaS, Fintech, or Financial Services experience or background.

• Understanding of the drivers and dynamics of securities markets firms and sales products.
