[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Desort

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us bring new employer clients and expand our business nationwide. This is a client acquisition and sales role — not a recruiting role.

• Prospect for new business and identify companies with hiring needs
• Contact business owners, directors, HR leaders, hiring managers, and other decision-makers
• Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods
• Introduce Desort's recruitment services and identify hiring opportunities
• Build relationships with potential clients
• Follow up consistently and convert prospects into new clients and recruitment contracts
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Explore new industries and markets
• Work with our recruiting team once a client search is secured

Qualifications

• B2B sales, business development, staffing, recruiting agency sales, or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Persistent, competitive, and results-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM, and prospecting tools
• Recruitment/staffing sales experience is a strong plus
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

Requirements

• Commission-Based | No Base Salary | Uncapped Earning Potential
• This is a commission-only position with no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation.
• Your earnings are based on the new business you generate for Desort.
• When clients you bring to Desort generate successful recruitment business, you earn a commission based on the recruitment fees Desort receives.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities may also be available twice per year.
• This opportunity is best suited for someone who is comfortable with performance-based compensation and motivated to build their own pipeline and earnings.
