[Hiring] Business Development Representative @American Bolt Corporation

Role Description

American Bolt Corporation is looking for a Business Development Representative for the Fox Valley, Wisconsin market, to join our team. Compensation range (base salary + quarterly bonus) in this territory is expected to be $60,000-$90,000, depending on performance and experience. The assigned territory spans northeastern Wisconsin, including Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Shawano, Waupaca, and the Fox Cities area. You must live in the territory.

This business development representative position offers a total compensation package of competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus, and mileage reimbursement. This role includes cell phone, laptop, and other standard tools to execute the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and partnership building
• Prior experience in the fastener industry, and/or manufacturing or construction industries is highly preferred

Requirements

• Communicate and execute the American Bolt go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain and grow pipeline of prospect accounts, building lasting relationships within multiple levels of customer organizations.
• Follow up on all sales leads and develop new customers via direct visits, telemarketing, social media, networking and other opportunities.
• Further develop and maintain relationships with existing customer base in territory.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM.
• Achieve profit plan targets.
• Identify, develop and win new solutions customers.
• Bring maximum value to customers through understanding of their business.

Work Schedule

This full-time outside sales position is expected to be active in customer account locations and available for customer needs. This sales position is a remote (home office) position in the Fox Valley, WI area. You must live in the territory. Travel is expected daily within the territory. A small amount of travel to the company headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin as needed for company meetings and training. Expect up to three nights per week in New Berlin at the headquarters for the first 3-4 weeks (more if inexperienced in our industry) of training.

A drug screen, physical, and background check are required post-offer for this position. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be pulled upon hire and a good driving record is required to start, and continue driving for American Bolt. American Bolt is notified after hire of any driving record violations, to determine future employment as a driver.
