Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter to drive the top of the sales funnel. You will focus on:

• Prospecting B2B businesses
• Handling objections
• Nurturing leads
• Booking qualified appointments for the executive sales team

You will not be responsible for closing deals.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven outbound sales role. We are looking for someone competitive, resilient, proactive, and comfortable making a high volume of cold calls while confidently handling objections and booking qualified appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling and appointment setting
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong U.S. cultural awareness
• Familiarity with CRM and sales dialer platforms
• Able to move naturally off-script, think quickly, and handle objections confidently
• Motivated by targets, competition, and achieving daily appointment goals
• Comfortable handling frequent rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Requirements

• Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day, along with emails and text outreach
• Navigate gatekeepers, overcome objections, and confidently pitch facility and janitorial services
• Follow up consistently across multiple communication channels
• Schedule qualified appointments directly on sales executives' calendars
• Send professional follow-up emails and marketing materials to prospects
• Maintain accurate lead statuses, activity, notes, and follow-up schedules
• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
• Keep CRM information fresh and organized
• Provide detailed conversation notes so sales executives are prepared for appointments
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports tracking outreach activity, pipeline health, and appointment performance
• Communicate effectively with the sales team and management

Benefits

• Salary: $1,500/month base + commission
• $70 per closed janitorial deal
• $30 per closed deal for all other services
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Target Start Date: ASAP
