Role Description

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to support an Australia-based company specializing in safety and infrastructure services. You'll play a key role in driving business growth by:

• Conducting market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities.
• Performing outreach to target customers via email and phone.
• Coordinating and triaging inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Supporting proposal creation, quoting, and lead follow-ups.
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in the company's CRM.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone and via virtual meetings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Hands-on experience using a CRM platform (required or strong advantage).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet goals consistently.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Australia-based or B2B clients (bonus points).
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and database management (bonus points).
• Background in construction, infrastructure, or technical services (bonus points).
• A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability (bonus points).

Benefits

• Approximately ₱515 per hour.
• 100% Remote (Philippines-based).
• Full-Time (40 hours/week) during AU Business Hours (AEST/AEDT).
