Role Description

storage.ae (formerly 800 Storage) is Dubai's premium self-storage provider, operating nine facilities across the city. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Dubai market by generating new business, forging strategic partnerships, and building a strong referral network — all managed remotely through calls, video meetings, and digital outreach. This is a fully remote, target-driven role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building trust, and closing deals from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and engage businesses that require storage solutions, including SMEs, retailers, e-commerce companies, and corporates, through phone, email, and virtual outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with businesses in the Dubai market to establish a consistent referral pipeline for clients in need of storage.
• Identify new business opportunities and evaluate potential strategic partnerships that align with storage.ae's growth objectives.
• Generate and qualify leads through virtual networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and online industry events.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership and referral agreements remotely, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policy.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing business partners through regular calls and video check-ins, identifying opportunities for renewed or expanded collaboration.
• Represent storage.ae at virtual industry events, webinars, and online networking forums to raise brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with wider business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, lead conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective corporate and real estate partners via video calls and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, ideally with exposure to real estate, logistics, storage, or the UAE market.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term business relationships remotely.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence conducting business over calls and video meetings.
• Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE real estate and business landscape is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly disciplined when working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and MS Office.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, professional remote workspace.
• Available to work Dubai business hours (GST, UTC+4) for calls and meetings.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
