  • Generate and qualify net-new opportunities based on business need, strategic fit, urgency, stakeholder access, procurement path, and revenue potential.
  • Lead discovery conversations that uncover operational challenges, strategic priorities, decision criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with operational, technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders over extended sales cycles.
  • Advance opportunities through clear next steps, mutual action plans, strong follow-up, and effective coordination of internal resources.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on vertical and account-based campaigns that strengthen awareness, engagement, and pipeline conversion.
  • Partner with Presales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to present a coordinated and credible customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, opportunity notes, next steps, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Apply structured sales methodology and participate actively in pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent C2 at industry events, conferences, webinars, and customer meetings, with travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Bring market intelligence and customer feedback back to the organization to help strengthen positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of progressive B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise technology, ITSM/ESM, cloud solutions, or the public sector.
  • Proven experience generating net-new pipeline and developing opportunities through proactive outbound activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build relationships at operational and executive levels.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, with the ability to connect customer priorities to measurable business impact.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and disciplined opportunity, activity, and forecast management.
  • Knowledge of Canadian public-sector procurement cycles is considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with IT service management, enterprise service management, SaaS, IaaS, or cloud technologies is considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region, up to 50 percent.

Benefits

  • A fast-paced work environment that adapts to you.
  • A friendly and diverse work culture with inclusion and equality at the heart of our actions.
  • State-of-the art technology and tools.
  • A results-oriented culture where talent, action, and thinking outside the box are given due recognition.
  • Annual salary review based on performance.
  • Generous and caring colleagues of various professional and cultural backgrounds.
  • A flexible total compensation offer.
  • A base salary ranging between 72,800$ and 104,000$ yearly.
  • A comprehensive commission plan.
  • Vacation time that considers your previous experience.
  • Advanced paid hours to recharge your batteries (holidays and mobile days).
  • Flexible benefits plan that adapts to your needs.
  • Flexible savings fund options.
  • A monthly home internet allowance.
  • Considerable growth opportunities.
  • A career path with opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Proximity to your direct manager and open, honest communication to support your development.
  • Multiple initial and on-the-job training opportunities and tools to track your progress and help you scale up in your career.
