Role Description

We're partnering with a specialist technology business serving the iGaming industry, looking for a Business Development Manager to bring new online casino, sportsbook and crypto-native operators onto its platform. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who can leverage an established industry network, build their own pipeline and manage deals from initial outreach through to signed agreement and launch.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with online casino, sportsbook and crypto-native operators, leveraging your existing industry network.
• Own the full business development cycle, including prospecting, outreach, meetings, demos, follow-ups and closing.
• Manage deals from first contact through to signed agreement and go-live.
• Coordinate with operator-side payments, compliance and risk teams to support integration.
• Represent the business at key industry events and conferences.
• Share market and competitor insights with the founders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.

Qualifications

• iGaming experience is essential, with at least three years selling to or working within online casino or sportsbook operators.
• Crypto and/or payments experience is essential, ideally within a PSP, payment gateway, crypto payments provider, exchange or similar business.
• An established network of operator decision-makers, including Heads of Payments, CFOs and COOs.
• A proven track record of personally closing deals, supported by measurable results.
• A proactive, hunter-style approach, with the ability to prospect and close independently.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, and on-chain payments.
• Relationships with crypto-native casinos and sportsbooks.
• Experience in high-risk merchant acquiring.
• Networks across key markets, including Latin America, Asia, Africa, CIS and Europe.
• Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, Russian or Turkish.
• Experience working within an early-stage business.
