Rather than chasing volume, you enjoy understanding complex business problems, shaping practical solutions and moving sound opportunities forward.

Building and managing a qualified B2B pipeline will sit at the heart of your work. You will:

• Identify target accounts and decision-makers
• Lead outreach and discovery
• Qualify commercial fit
• Coordinate proposals through negotiation to signed engagements
• Keep commitments realistic, CRM forecasts accurate and follow-ups moving
• Find repeat, recurring and account-growth opportunities

Qualifications

• A matric qualification
• Approximately three to seven years in B2B business development, consultative sales or professional services
• Evidence of prospecting, pipeline ownership and closing business
• Commercial judgement and negotiation strength
• Stakeholder management and crisp written communication
• Confidence with senior decision-makers
• Proposal coordination and CRM discipline
• Ability to explain complex services clearly
• Relevant complex B2B sector exposure is advantageous

Requirements

• Proven record in B2B business development
• Experience in consultative sales or professional services
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent written communication skills
