This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional with strong local industry connections who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is motivated to build business from the ground up.

Job Description

• Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the nutraceutical, TCM, and functional food sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local manufacturers, brands, and contract manufacturers.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Actively expand Huisong's customer base in Australia.
• Market Development:
  • Leverage existing network to accelerate market entry and customer acquisition.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide insights to support product positioning and commercial strategy.
• Account Management:
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers.
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong existing relationships with Australian nutraceutical/supplement manufacturers.
• Proven track record in business development and closing new accounts.
• Proven ability to win new business.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a lean, growth-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of sales experience in either nutraceutical ingredients, botanical extracts, TCM, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields.
