[Hiring] Business Development Executive @VIDIZMO LLC

Role Description

VIDIZMO is hiring a Business Development Executive to open new doors for our business. You'll bring 1 to 3 years of outbound sales experience, clear and confident English, and the energy to talk with new prospects every day. You'll win new business by contacting end customers directly and by bringing in deals through our partners. You'll set up meetings with the right people, make sure there's a real need, and hand qualified opportunities to our account team, with AI tools helping you research, prepare and follow up.

Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to end customers and partners daily by phone and message, working from a prioritized call list.
• Spend at least two hours every day in live conversations with new prospects and partners.
• Set up meetings with key decisionmakers and confirm that they have a real need.
• Convert qualified interest into opportunities and pass them to the account team with a clear summary.
• Register partner opportunities on the day you learn about them and bring on a new partner when a deal requires one.
• Record every call, email and meeting in HubSpot on the day it happens.
• Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily to research prospects, prepare for calls, write outreach and follow up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Clear, confident English, both spoken and written, and easy to understand on calls with US buyers.
• 1 to 3 years in outbound business development, lead generation or inside sales, or clear proof that you can do the work.
• Comfortable making a high number of calls and hearing "no."
• Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.
• A habit of recording every call and meeting on the same day.
• A history of automating your own routine work with AI, for example with reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Share an example of something you automated.
• Legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

Compensation

This role pays a monthly salary plus commission. Commission is based on 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, and it's shared among everyone who worked on that deal. On partner deals, the partner takes its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, with no cap. Some small payments are made early, before a deal closes, for steps completed correctly. Target pay mix: 60% salary, 40% commission.
