Role Description

We are a software-driven case-acquisition platform for plaintiff personal injury firms. We sell exclusive, AI-qualified car accident leads, priced per qualified lead, on top of an AI CRM and follow-up system most of the field does not have.

The opportunity involves:

• Selling qualified case leads in a small, quiet field.
• Building and maintaining high-value firm relationships with uncapped commission.
• Running discovery calls with firm owners to discuss cost per lead, close rate, and volume they can handle.
• Managing signed firms to ensure continued purchases and growth in orders.
• Carrying compliance as a value-add, including TCPA, consent, DNC, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• A licensed attorney in good standing.
• Ability to build trust quickly and sign other attorneys without feeling like a pitch.
• Personal injury experience and firm relationships are a plus.
• Comfortable in an early company where some resources may not yet exist.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury law.
• Strong communication skills to engage with firm owners.
• Understanding of compliance regulations relevant to the industry.
