Role Description

We are seeking confident, motivated individuals interested in developing skills in business growth, relationship building, marketing, and client service. The Remote Business Development and Client Relations Associate focuses on connecting with potential clients, identifying vacation-planning opportunities, and building relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, networking, and promoting a service. It is not primarily an administrative reservation role. The main focus is developing a client base and helping prospective clients understand how professional vacation-planning support can benefit them. Previous business-development or travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing professional-development resources are provided.

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through networking and personal outreach.
• Identify individuals, families, couples, and groups who may need vacation-planning assistance.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest in future travel.
• Ask discovery questions to understand client interests, priorities, and budgets.
• Explain available planning services and how clients will be supported.
• Develop simple marketing strategies to promote services online and within the local community.
• Create or share approved social-media content designed to generate conversations and inquiries.
• Request referrals from satisfied clients and professional contacts.
• Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and follow-up activities.
• Schedule consultations with prospective clients.
• Assist interested clients with moving forward into the research and reservation process.
• Participate in networking events, online groups, and community activities when appropriate.
• Complete training related to communication, marketing, destinations, and client service.
• Establish personal business goals and consistently track progress.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Applicants must reside in the United States or Mexico.
• Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Applicants must be comfortable initiating conversations and following up with people.
• Applicants must be willing to market their services and develop a personal client base.
• Basic social-media and online communication skills are required.
• Applicants must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Applicants must be willing to complete required training.
• Experience in sales, customer relations, networking, hospitality, marketing, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
