[Hiring] Business Analyst – Pre-Sales & Client Solutions | AI & Software @Vizio Ai

Role Description

We are looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who can lead client discovery conversations, understand complex business challenges, translate them into AI/software opportunities, and drive qualified opportunities toward closing. This is not a traditional documentation-focused Business Analyst position. The role sits at the intersection of business analysis, solution consulting, pre-sales, and B2B sales.

You will take ownership of qualified opportunities generated by our sales team and guide prospects from discovery through scope definition, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery and qualification meetings with international B2B prospects
• Engage directly with CEOs, CTOs, Directors, Heads of Departments, and other senior stakeholders
• Understand clients’ business processes, operational bottlenecks, and transformation needs
• Identify where AI, automation, or custom software can create measurable business value
• Translate business requirements into clear solution scopes together with our technical team
• Lead follow-up, scope, demo, and proposal conversations
• Prepare and present commercially compelling solution proposals
• Manage objections, negotiations, and stakeholder expectations
• Own opportunities throughout the sales pipeline and drive them toward closing
• Identify expansion and new-project opportunities within existing client accounts
• Maintain accurate opportunity stages, notes, next steps, and forecasts in the CRM
• Collaborate closely with SDR/BDR, technical, delivery, and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, solution consulting, pre-sales, consultative B2B sales, or a similar client-facing role
• Proven ability to lead discovery conversations and uncover underlying business needs
• Strong commercial mindset and confidence moving conversations toward a buying decision
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence communicating with international senior stakeholders
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain solutions in business language
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Experience managing a B2B sales pipeline and CRM
• Strong ownership of follow-ups and next steps
• Ability to work closely with technical teams when defining solution scope
• Experience with AI solutions, software development, automation, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology consulting is highly preferred.

Success in this role is primarily measured through qualified sales conversations, closed revenue, conversion rates, pipeline quality, and successful expansion of existing client relationships.
