Role Description

This role exists to close the gap between AI knowledge and actual usage within mid-market companies. You'll start with leaders, helping the C-suite become confident, credible users themselves, then work across the organization to build real adoption.

• Run sessions that change how people work, focusing on practical application and behavior change.
• Demonstrate real results quickly, making it specific to the client's actual work.
• Adapt to the room's dynamics, adjusting your approach based on the audience's needs.
• Own the client relationship between sessions, staying close to understand their business and helping them work through challenges.
• Manage day-to-day logistics of client relationships, with scheduling handled for you.
• Stay current on AI tools and maintain strong working knowledge of relevant platforms.
• Be the eyes and ears of the field, surfacing patterns across clients to improve the company's offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training, teaching, or coaching adults, specifically with executive or senior-leadership audiences.
• Experience owning client relationships directly, maintaining momentum between sessions.
• A track record of quantifiable success in moving groups from resistance to adoption of new tools or processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI in your own work.
• Comfort being challenged live by skeptical executives.
• Background in training, consulting, operations, leadership, or coaching.

Requirements

• Full-time, remote position.
• Travel to client sites required for a portion of engagements (frequency varies by client).
• Reports into the company's delivery leadership.
