[Hiring] AI Transformation Enablement @Pragmatico

Role Description

This role exists to close the gap between knowledge and practical use of AI in mid-market companies. You’ll start with leaders, helping the C-suite become confident, credible users themselves, then work across the organization to build real adoption.

• Most of your week is spent in front of a client, with preparation, follow-up, and relationship management making that work effective.
• Run sessions that change how people work, focusing on practical application and behavior change.
• Demonstrate results quickly and specifically to the client's actual work.
• Adapt your approach based on the room's dynamics, addressing confusion, anxiety, or resistance as needed.
• Own the client relationship between sessions, staying close to understand their business and helping them work through challenges.
• Maintain day-to-day logistics of managing client relationships, with scheduling handled for you.
• Stay current on AI tools and evaluate new platforms quickly.
• Be the eyes and ears of the field, surfacing patterns across clients to improve Pragmatico's offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training, teaching, or coaching adults, specifically with executive or senior-leadership audiences.
• Experience owning client relationships directly, maintaining momentum between sessions.
• A quantifiable track record of moving groups from resistance to adoption of new tools or processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI in your own work.
• Comfort being challenged live by skeptical executives.
• Background in training, consulting, operations, leadership, or coaching.

Requirements

• Full-time, remote position.
• Travel to client sites required for a portion of engagements (frequency varies by client).
• Reports into Pragmatico's delivery leadership.
