[Hiring] Vendor Enablement Specialist @Pax8

Role Description

Pax8 is hiring a Vendor Enablement Specialist in the United States to turn vendor strategy into compelling sales enablement that helps our sellers and partners confidently position, understand, and grow managed vendor solutions.

This is where vendor expertise meets storytelling, learning, and commercial impact. You’ll become the connection point between an assigned managed vendor and the people bringing its solutions to market. You’ll turn product, pricing, packaging, and positioning into clear stories and practical resources that sellers and partners can actually use.

As Pax8 continues its AI journey, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside new technology, exploring smarter ways to create, refresh, personalize, and scale enablement while keeping human insight and great partner experiences at the center.

Qualifications

• SentinelOne or similar cybersecurity software familiarity
• Proven experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or vendor program management, ideally within technology, cloud, software-as-a-service, or the channel.
• A talent for turning complex product and commercial information into clear, engaging content that people can put to work.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills and confidence creating learning experiences for different audiences.
• Experience connecting product, pricing, and packaging changes to practical sales messaging and positioning.
• Confidence working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Partner Success, Revenue Enablement, Support, and vendor stakeholders.
• Experience designing learning journeys and using data, feedback, attendance, and outcomes to improve their impact.
• Familiarity with managed service providers, cloud distribution, or vendor co-selling motions.
• A collaborative mindset grounded in curiosity, ownership, candid feedback, continuous learning, and shared success.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• Own the vendor story. Keep enablement content fresh, accurate, relevant, and easy to use across the platforms our teams rely on.
• Bring learning to life. Create and facilitate engaging webinars, training sessions, bootcamps, and field experiences for both Pax8 teams and our partners.
• Become the connection point. Be the trusted internal resource for Sales and Marketing, helping teams quickly find the vendor knowledge and guidance they need.
• Turn change into clarity. Partner with the Vendor Account Manager to translate changes in products, pricing, packaging, and add-ons into actionable information for teams across the business.
• Make sellers more confident. Coach our consulting, engineering, and managed vendor teams on positioning, discovery conversations, and handling objections.
• Create a feedback loop. Spot winning approaches and recurring challenges, then turn those insights into stronger enablement experiences and resources.
• Measure what matters. Use session participation, certifications, feedback, asset adoption, marketing-qualified leads, service levels, and other outcome measures to understand where enablement is working and where it can be even better.

• Compensation: On Target Earnings starting at $95,000.00 on a 90%/10% split
