[Hiring] UGC Creator @Affinity Labs

Role Description

You film 30 to 60 second vertical videos from written briefs. Each brief names the app, the angle and the hook, comes with reference videos that already performed, and states your rate before you film. Formats include:

• Talking to camera
• Voiceover
• Screen-recording hybrids

Some briefs are filmed and delivered for our channels and ad accounts; some post on fresh accounts. The brief always specifies which.

Deliverables:

• Per brief: one video in about 3 hook variations, delivered as Drive links, with one revision round.

Qualifications

• 18 or older
• Fluent spoken English on camera
• A phone that shoots 1080p or better
• Turnaround within 72 hours of accepting a brief
• No follower minimum; a sample link matters more than a following.

Requirements

• Arabic (nice to have)
• CapCut or basic editing (nice to have)
• A UGC portfolio (nice to have)
• Genuine interest in history, interior design or careers (nice to have)

Benefits

• Base pay per video plus 1,000 views.

How to apply

Fill the short form: https://creators.affinitylabs.ai

The sample video decides it: link one you've posted, upload a file, or record a 30–90 second take right on the page. A human reads every application.
