Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a creative, confident, and camera-ready Social Media Content Creator & On-Camera Talent Virtual Assistant to produce engaging video content for the company's social media platforms and marketing initiatives.

• Comfortable speaking naturally in front of a camera.
• Filming videos and creating authentic content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
• Clear American or British English accent and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• The company will handle video editing and post-production.
• Ability to occasionally coordinate with a friend or another person to participate in videos when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in content creation, social media video production, or a similar role.
• Experience with creating viral hooks for social media and short-form video content.
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.
• American or British English accent required.
• Excellent verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written English skills for following instructions and communicating with the team.
• Ability to follow scripts, content briefs, and creative direction.
• Familiarity with camera equipment, smartphones, microphones, and basic recording setups.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality content.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent communication.
• Willingness to commit to a long-term working relationship.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience producing short-form videos, promotional videos, or brand-focused content.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; editing experience is not required.
• Experience collaborating with other people in video shoots or content production.
• A portfolio or sample videos demonstrating on-camera presence and content creation skills.

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours.
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing).
• Daily Working Time: Flexible.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work.
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client.
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement.
