Role Description

Epona is looking for a Technical Consultant to support the successful delivery, implementation, configuration, migration, and technical support of our solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and ensure a professional, high-quality customer experience.

As part of the Operations team, you will act as a key technical contact for implementation projects, advanced support cases, migrations, integrations, and customer enablement activities.

• Lead and support the technical delivery of Epona implementation and upgrade projects.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Epona solutions based on client requirements.
• Support migrations and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure, and related technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical consulting, implementation, technical support, or comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Azure services, and related environments.
• Experience with software implementation, deployment, integrations, migrations, PowerShell scripting, SQL, APIs, or Microsoft Graph.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.

• Technical implementation, configuration, deployment, and migration.
• PowerShell, SQL, APIs, Microsoft Graph, and troubleshooting.
• Customer consulting, requirements analysis, and solution documentation.
• Clear communication, problem-solving, and independent remote working.

• Annual salary range: USD 70,000 – 76,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
