In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation.
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Requirements

• Teamcenter Infrastructure Administration (Installation, Configuration, Maintenance & Support).
• Teamcenter Environment Manager (TEM) and Environment Setup.
• Expertise in Teamcenter 2-Tier and 4-Tier Architecture.
• Teamcenter Upgrade, Migration, Patch Deployment and Release Management.
• Administration of FMS, Volume Management, Pool Manager and Application Servers.
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Active Workspace (AWC) Installation, Configuration and Administration.
• Teamcenter Dispatcher, T4S/T4EA and Integration Infrastructure knowledge.
• SSO, LDAP and Active Directory Integration.
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure/AWS) for Teamcenter environments.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• BMIDE deployment and environment promotion activities.
• Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana or AppDynamics.
• ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Multi-site Teamcenter administration experience.
• Teamcenter Security Administration and Performance Tuning.
