Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support the design, configuration, and testing of patient scheduling systems for outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of scheduling procedures and related systems, with strong hands-on experience in:

• Cerner Millennium Win32 Scheduling Appointment Book
• Cerner Millennium Scheduling Tools modules

The role involves:

• Supporting scheduling workflows
• Ensuring systems meet operational and clinical requirements
• Contributing to efficient appointment booking and patient care processes

Experience with Cerner Millennium Scheduling implementations is considered an asset, along with familiarity with:

• PM Office
• Bedrock
• CCL

Candidates should have relevant education and experience in systems analysis, with the ability to work in Canada and align with Pacific Time working hours.
